Kids and teens don't always communicate with words but they frequently do tell us how they’re feeling though behaviors like procrastination, demands and power struggles, frustration, sadness, clinginess or withdrawal. Even though your child or teen may be dealing with the ordinary issues of growing up, when their behavior gets in the way of the things they want or need to do or disrupts family life it can be a sign that the child or teen is feeling overwhelmed or stressed and additional help is needed.

I provide play therapy and counseling to children and teens that helps them feel better about themselves and improves their behavior at home and at school. I've worked for over 10 years, connecting with kids, teens and parents and helping them understand the messages of behavior. I help individuals and families build on their strengths to foster connection and collaboration to support fewer arguments, happier families and parenting that feels good.
